Week one....i hate myself...



So here it is, and in my eyes....well i'd like to shut them until the next few months training are complete but as promised I shall be posting up my progress from day 0.

Over the next few months I want to get rid of that little pouch of pudginess on my stomach as well as pretty much defining every muscle individually.

My legs are absolutely embarrassing but I have had success in training without injury so far, so I will strive to keep on that path and try to manage my aches and pains as best as I can. I'm just praying I can live up to my own schedule and diet and deliver on an actual transformation!
