Mentally I didn't think id be struggling this much. I find dieting tedious as I always do but I'm just so tired all the time it seems!
I think I've gained a kilo which isn't bad for a couple weeks work. Had a cheat day today and as it was the opening weekend of the NFL I prepared it very well.
I'm struggling with dead lifts so I shall hopefully have better luck this week lifting a little lighter. I've been reading a fair bit and most articles I've read advise on doing low reps so we shall see how that goes tomorrow.
Otherwise I think I'm on track to reach my goals. And although progress is slow I shall be uploading more pictures this week!!
