It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

I joined the gym on Tuesday and I've even every day since. Needless to say I'm in a considerable amount of pain.

Sometimes (leg day) I'm thinking why do I do this...it's too difficult to become like what you see in the magazines and on TV and to an extent I'm not entirely sure how close I will get.

But I also know that I've done all of this once before and it worked out pretty well for me before so I'm going to have a great try at it for the next 3/4 months to see if I can get to where I want to be...

Most people start their summer bodies in like April. I hear it so often around that time and for some it is simple. Cut some weight tone up a little bit and they're done...I'm starting my summer body in August -__- seeing as our summer comes in July I may aswell start 11 months prior to it. 

My meals have been reduced to many many raw eggs per day and a lot of chicken/fish with veg or sweet potato. Thank god I love both chicken and raw eggs. 

On Monday I will start taking my progress photos and will hopefully have an update every two weeks along my journey to see how it goes. But it's time to get back in the gym now for day 6...Sunday is my day of rest hopefully :-)
